Hello, I am Muna Awad and I invite you to become…
…through Parent Coach International’s graduate-level, one-year, distance learning program for family support professionals.
If you are interested in expanding your career, helping children thrive, guiding mothers and fathers in their parenthood journey, join this international community of PCI Certified Parent Coaches®.
Parents usually wish their children to change. It is very important to tell them that they have to change first. As C.G. Jung states, “If there is anything that we wish to change in the child, we should first examine it and see whether it is not something that could better be changed in ourselves.” A PCI Certified Parent Coach® is a person who supports parents in this process. She is not someone who fixes children. Rather, she works with the parents to help them clarify their vision, provides them necessary information about the developmental stages of children, and guides them in developing the skills to reach their visions.
A PCI Certified Parent Coach® is a highly trained, caring professional with an in-depth background of education and experience who supports the parents in their journey by listening deeply and non-judgmentally, asks clarifying questions, gives new and relevant information about the particular challenge that the parent faces, and offers suggestions. This requires a sound methodology and deep information on child development.
